Accommodations for this year’s gathering will be available at $110.46+tax per night (July 24-25) and $127.46+tax per night (July 26-27) at the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel located at 37914 South Nukwalqw Worley, Idaho 83876.

A block of rooms (single/double occupancy) has been reserved under the name of BugGuide Gathering. To reserve, call 1-800-523-2464 and refer to Group Booking ID 11855.

Participants are requested to call to secure the room or rooms needed before June 10, 2024 after which time the unused rooms will be released to the public.

I have worked with a local resort, Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel, to secure lodging space for our use July 24-27.  Twenty rooms are available; we need a minimum of 10 reservations to reach our discount.
